Like everyone, Freeman Signs has been paying close attention to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) over the past few weeks. We know these are trying times and we value your business. Freeman is still open for business, our salespeople are working remote and ready to offer quotes, and our service department is available for installs and service of your signs. We take the commitment of ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers, and our community very seriously. Freeman signs is taking the following steps to ensure that we are providing and maintaining our services in the safest way possible.

Visits to Customer Locations
If you are expecting one of our installers or service technicians to visit your business on an installation or repair call, please know that we’re taking extra precautions to protect you and our employees. Our installers and service technicians are practicing no customer contact for completion signatures, and we are continually educating our staff on best practices for proper hygiene as well as disinfecting our vehicles and equipment. We’re also asking our installers and technicians to limit their in-person contact with customers by practicing “social distancing” and performing as much work as possible remotely, and only conducting on-site visits when absolutely necessary. Employees who feel ill have been instructed not to report to work. Our technicians who conduct on-site visits will only be dispatched to a customer’s business if they are healthy. Attention to these types of factors will better ensure the safety of each and every customer we serve.

Our Corporate Work Environment
To further safeguard the health of our employees, we have instituted additional measures focused on travel and the spread of the disease.
Freeman Signs has limited all non-essential travel for business and we do not have any employees who have traveled to high risk locations. Furthermore, per CDC recommendations, if we were to have an employee exposed to others who have traveled to such locations, we would ask that individual to self-quarantine for 14 days.
We’re also increasing the frequency of cleanings at our location to help minimize and mitigate any risks for employees and customers that visit them. We will continue to closely monitor this situation as it develops. Our focus is and will remain on doing the best we can to protect our team, our customers, and the communities we serve.
